Commissions Administrator

As the Commissions Administrator you will utilize your attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills to accurately and timely administer the annual compensation plans for sales and non-sales employees.  You will focus on critical day-to-day activities such as:

 

  • Run and analyze monthly sales activity reports off of Oracle Billing System
  • Set up and maintain commission statements in MS Excel for salespersons for monthly commission’s calculations
  • Administer salesperson commissions based on individual compensation plans
  • Enter payment information into Oracle for download to payroll department
  • Post commission statements on internal website
  • Work with sales representatives, billing department, management, and business owners to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
  • Compile monthly commissions paid report for business managers
  • Assist with yearend commission/bonus projections
  • Calculate and process financial portion of non-sales incentive plans
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Set-up sales numbers for new employees and report access for the employee and their manager

 Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in salary administration
  • Proficient in Excel/Outlook/Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
