Communications Analyst
**Fargo and Bismarck, North Dakota**
Duties:
*Provides pre-sales engineering, installation, implementation, maintenance and advanced troubleshooting for complex business telephone systems, communications systems and convergent networks
*Providing extraordinary customer service
*Responsible for labeling and testing all installed equipment as well as customer education and training upon completion of installation or configuration changes
*Performs installations and service call responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager
*Completes necessary service order information to ensure accuracy in customer billing and records, including but not limited to material used, equipment used, configuration information and allocation of time
*Establishes proper expectations with each customer
*Makes customer satisfaction follow up calls to assure that technical services performed were satisfactory and initiates appropriate callbacks or internal escalation to remedy any shortcomings
*Provides advanced technical assistance, support and recommendations to other employees
*Installs, terminates, troubleshoots and tests network cabling
*Knowledgeable of current technologies available that will benefit business customers and makes recommendations to supervisor
*Obtains necessary certifications as required to fulfill job responsibilities
*Identifies sales and lead referral opportunities and promptly forwards to the Companys sales team
*Maintains and provides accurate records and reports as required regarding vehicles, inventory and other assigned tools and work equipment
Qualifications:
*MITEL or Avaya equired experience
*CERT preferred but not required
*Education:2 year degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or computer technology field, and/or 5 years of relevant experience.
