As a Property Manager you will maintain property operations by marketing to new residents and serving existing residents with outstanding customer service; you will also oversee the operational aspect of the property to include, but not limited to managing and hiring employees, maintaining financial P&L and budgets, maintenance and inspection of grounds and obtaining bids for maintenance contracts.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in Property Management or Hospitality Management
Must have a proven track record in sales and marketing
Experience managing multiple employees and building exceptional teams
Strong customer service, public relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to partner with Regional Management to provide fast and accurate financial reporting
Excellent operational and management skills
Must possess ability to create and maintain a budget and have the ability to analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely reports
Computer literacy a must
College Degree preferred
