We contract with states and other government agencies to provide care for over two million individuals. Working with physicians and other care providers, we ensure that our members obtain the care they need with a coordinated approach.
 
 
The Community Development Account Manager is responsible for generating dual eligible (Medicare and Medicaid) leads for brokers/agents and will:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with home and community based organizations that serve the dual eligible population

  • Market to these same organizations and attend other marketing events in order to promote Americhoice/APIPA  business

  • Be responsible for business growth targets

  • Develop Sales strategies to achieve and establish Sales pipeline

  • Comply with all state and federal(CMS) guidelines

  • Develop proficiency in the use of lead management system and document activity in a timely manner

 

 



 


Qualifications:
  • Successful B2B sales and marketing experience in healthcare or health insurance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Spanish/English fluency is strongly preferred

  • A good working knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

  • A license to sell Health Insurance in the state of Arizona

  • Ability to develop and manage relationships to reach business goals

  • Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision

  • Previous Time and Territory Management experience

  • Ability to travel throughout the designated local territory

  • Extensive HIPPA/MIPPA knowledge

  • Reliable, insured transportation and a valid drivers license.

  • Computer skills: Windows-based applications and lead management software

  • Previous experience selling Medicare products is strongly preferred
