Compensation Consultant
As part of the Compensation team, provides compensation consulting expertise and support to field operations including the evaluation, analysis, and design of compensation programs for assigned divisions and lines of business.
Consult division, market, and facility compensation specialists and business partners regarding compensation issues. Provide assistance and guidance regarding compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues.
Manage and perform projects as needed; projects to include wage market studies, assist in union contract modeling process, comparison and integration of compensation practices across lines of business, design or modify programs to support operations initiatives, etc.
Leverage compensation and HRIS systems to collect and analyze pay data in order to optimize the spend of compensation dollars in the field.
Assist in the design of management incentive programs for assigned lines of business.
Advise Corporate Compensation team on market pricing and evaluation of complex corporate jobs for assigned operational lines of business.
Work with field compensation and HR representatives to manage compensation survey library.
BS Required
3+ years of compensation experience required, healthcare industry and/or consulting experience preferred
Working understanding of FMLA and other employment regulations. MBA, CCP, and/or PHR/SPHR preferred
