Under general supervision, is responsible for daily administration and implementation of SSMHC - St. Louis salary administration programs, performance appraisal/job evaluation program and other compensation related projects.
Position Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree required.
•3-5 years experience in Human Resources.
•Effective oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and to instruct the department personnel
•Requires strong analysis and organizational skills; attention to detail; mathematical aptitude and fairly complex technical ability with spreadsheet, network and word processing systems.
