The Compensation Manager for ISR Systems will participate in developing, implementing, maintaining and communicating compensation programs, policies and processes. Train and educate supervisors, managers and directors in compensation programs and processes. Provide leadership to HR Team members in handling transactions, interpreting and applying policy, and dealing with employees in problem situations. Provide analytical input to compensation structure and policy changes. Manage continual monitoring of the marketplace to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and appropriately positioned.
* This position requires a minimum of seven years in compensation with experience in multiple disciplines (stock options, executive compensation, incentive compensation, or international compensation)
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related area; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation by WorldatWork preferred
* Multiple years of experience interfacing with management and HR generalists.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and previous experience with HRIS systems.
* Analytical skills and systems knowledge to extract, manipulate and analyze data to make sound recommendations
* Highly organized and possess project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing multiple and impactful projects.
* Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality
