










Requirements
Corporate Headquarters staff position for a privately held world-wide corporation engaged in acoustics research, development, manufacture and sales of high-technology consumer electronics products.
Manage programs concerning international and domestic compensation needs requiring an in-depth evaluation of a range of factors.
Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives. Find new, creative & efficient ways to model data. Develop proposals and presentations on a variety of total compensation issues to influence and educate corporate decision-makers. Develop and maintain compensation modeling & analytical tools for use on a global basis.
Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs and policies for assigned business units using state-of-the-art thinking. Consult with business units regarding compensation issues, and develop solutions that address their needs.
Provide international assignment services corporate wide including expatriates, inpatriates, and third-country nationals. Responsible for program development, implementation, and administration.
Skills
Minimum of ten years in compensation including experience with global compensation programs and international assignment administration.
Requires ability to synthesize deep data analysis results to develop and present meaningful conclusions. Due to level of program complexity, requires exceptional analytical skills using Excel & Access. Familiarity with advanced statistical methods is a plus. Strong capability in project management and managing multiple deliverables required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or comparable course concentration.
CCP or MBA a plus.
