Complaint Coordinator

The Complaint Coordinator coordinates the complaint handling and return product activity

 

Major, On-Going Responsibilities: 

           Enter and track customer complaints through the Quality Systems Database per SOP

           Perform analyses of complaint data, i.e. trend reports, root cause, etc.

           Coordinate activities required to complete complaint analysis thorough interaction with Reliability, Servicing, Customer Service, et al.

           Review analysis reports to verify all requirements are met.

           Data mining for pertinent information in Device History Records.

 

Experience & Training: 

           High School degree required

           Intermediate computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

           2 years of experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices or drugs.

           Excellent written and oral communication skills
