Position Description:
Positions in this function support the daily functions of the Compliance Department; including the collection of data for legal document preparation using a systematic procedure of audit processes to ensure accuracy of customer documentation.  Prepare accurate documents and communications on own initiative according to department metrics.   Handle various administrative and clerical functions as necessary.  Coordinate and develop reports, projects, assessment tools to verify compliance as required.  May develop compliance communications and drive problem resolution for a business.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school education or GED required

  • Candidate must be able to work independently and meet production metrics

  • Attention to detail and organization is required

  • Experience with Health Reimbursement Arrangements or Flexible Spending Arrangements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application - particularly Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • Strong analytical, problem identification and resolution skills

  • Experience with Relius Documents a plus
