Compliance Field Manager

 

Life Care Centers of America is the nation’s largest, privately-held long-term care provider in the U.S.  Consider joining our team as Compliance Field Manager as part of our Corporate Compliance Department and conduct on-site facility visits and remote reviews assessing documentation related to compliance issues.  Position provides training to facility staff regarding non-compliant areas and performs on-site investigations. 

 

Required skills:

 

-  ability to travel extensively
-  demonstrate high integrity and excellent judgment
-  excellent written and verbal communication skills
-  protect confidentiality of information
-  ability to work with all levels of management & front line staff
-  proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
-  RN license
-  2+ years experience in health care with compliance or legal experience
-  certified in health care compliance preferred
-  knowledge of health care regulatory standards preferred
