We have an Engineering Opportunity with an established and GROWING company that may be a perfect fit for you!


Adecco Engineering and Technical has an opening for a Compliance/Hardware Engineer with a leading electronics manufacturing company in the southeast suburbs of Cleveland.  The client will consider both contract-to-hire OR direct hire/full-time candidates for this opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and direct testing of electronic products for CE compliance


Analyze and develop/coordinate corrective actions for products that do not meet compliance requirements


Prepare compliance certifications and product test reports


Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures required to achieve product certifications


Develop test plans from product specifications


Provide preliminary safety and EMC input to product development/design activities for new and revised products


Review and approve component selection


Analysis of competitor products


Provide technical support for UL Follow-Up Service (FUS) quarterly inspections


Qualifications include:


BSEE degree or BS degree in related field


2+ years electronics and analog/digital hardware engineering experience


Minimum 2 years experience working with CE, UL, FCC, and IEC compliance matters


Project Management skills are a must


Demonstrated knowledge of computers, electronics, electro-mechanical devices, and standard software applications
