In this role you will be primarily responsible for the investigation and recommended resolution of allegations of agent/broker misconduct related to sales and marketing activity. This would include analysis of initial allegation, collection of pertinent information and documents, preparing written requests for information and conducting interviews of individuals with pertinent information regarding the allegations. Other duties include the preparation of written reports of investigation and verbal presentations of the results of investigations to committees and/or senior managers. Although the primary area of investigation would be broker-related complaints, the incumbent would also be called upon to lead or participate in investigations of other compliance and integrity and privacy issues. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing, summarizing and researching investigations, preferably from a health or medical insurance environment ( workers comp, brokerage investigations, consumer affairs or similar would also be appropriate)
- Strong writing skills and excellent verbal presentation required.
- Ability to handle 50 or more investigations simultaneously.
- Able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
