If you are an experienced corporate and SEC paralegal with an understanding of the litigation process, this is the opportunity for you.  The ideal candidate has experience working with public companies, and has dealt with SEC filings, SOX, and compliance matters.  Candidate should also have the ability to assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and/or trial, and be able to assist with discovery research and due diligence.  You must possess the proven ability to manage time, people and resources in order to meet deadlines.
