Located in the beautiful resort town of Ashland, Oregon, this rapidly expanding company is looking for a professional with a background in compliance and project management, to manage/administer all government and compliance programs with a focus on tracking and reporting.  Job responsibilities include site inspection auditing, initial set-up accreditation, and managing the data flow to and from manufacturing sites/government for various programs. This is a full-time position reporting to the V.P. of Quality and Compliance. This position requires travel.

Required skills and experience include:

§   Minimum 5 years experience in compliance and project management

§   Strong expertise in Microsoft word, Advanced Excel, database structure, statistics

§   Strong problem solving skills

§   Process-oriented with very strong attention to detail

§   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for educating and interfacing with various types of groups

§   Strong organizational and time-management skills
