Description: To support the Companys strategic plans and growth initiatives through the continued compliance of its operating units." This is accomplished by conducting remediation and training activities at KHEC schools following Compliance Reviews, or as needed. oPrepare written remediation, training, and evaluation plans and reports for schools that have undergone a compliance review. oIdentify additional potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, based upon observations and operations activities in the schools that are evaluated. oProvide training to appropriate staff (including regional staff, campus staff including President/Executive Director, Director of Education, Academic Deans, Registrar, student services personnel, financial aid, student accounts, admissions, and home office staff) on any issues identified in the compliance review report as requiring remediation. oImprove the companys compliance efforts by conducting on-site and remote training for schools, regions, and/or groups as necessary. oProvide update reports to the Executive Director of Compliance on a regular basis. oRecommends additional or amended Business Principles for Compliance to the department head. oAssist the function of the Department and the Company in any area, as necessary Assist in conducting investigations into allegations that place company at risk.
Thorough and comprehensive understanding of CampusVue (Admissions, Financial Aid, Education, Business Office and Career Services modules)
Frequent travel with varying durations and sometimes very limited travel notice

Qualifications: Requirements: Bachlors Degree Four to seven years of experience in proprietary education business CampusVue Microsoft CampusVue superuser, Excel, Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint Ability to communicate CampusVue data areas of opportunity effectively and efficiently with campus and home office personnel ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines managing conflicts and finding a win-win solution in challenging situations; excellent written and verbal skills
