This position is responsible for monitoring construction projects (public and private sectors) for compliance with established rules and regulations governing our industry. Duties include but are not limited to, licensing issues, insurance requirements, conducting background checks using available resources, certified payroll auditing and analysis as well as bid result tracking and analysis.  This position also requires field work for information gathering purposes.

Job Qualifications

Experience with estimating or project management along with familiarity with procurement laws and procedures, construction safety regulations, contractor’s licensing requirements is desirable. 

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic; demonstrate good organizational, communication, and writing skills.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Must be resourceful and creative where data collection is required.

Access to transportation is necessary.

Ability to use basic Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Special Requirements

The ability to perform field work is required.

May be required to work overtime or on weekends.

Overnight travel may be necessary.
