STG Inc. is looking for a .NET Developer who will perform new development as well as maintenance on existing ASP and ASP Net applications. You will also provide database support to include table design and modification, stored procedures development and maintenance, and performance tuning. For this position, you should have experience with SQL Server 2008.

Additionally, the position requires direct interaction with the end user client to obtain requirements. A successful person in this position needs very strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. The candidate is expected to thoroughly test their work and possibly perform peer testing for other programmers.

Additional duties:

• Hands-on involvement ion every phase of development: design code, test and documentation software.
• Organize requirements into development tasks.
• Write new software objects, components, modules, frameworks and services.

Requirements:

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years enterprise application development.
• Strong object oriented analysis and design skills.
• The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and keen to work with the most up to date technologies.
• Experience in building interactive data driven websites would be beneficial and a good knowledge of ASP NET, VB Net, and SQL Server.
• Advanced knowledge of ASP.Net, VB Net, Net Framework, Visual Studio, Web Services.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
• Experience with SOA or other web-based, multi-tier architectures, preferably Implemented in Net.
• Experience with MOSS.
