Construction Coordinator JoS. A. Bank, one of the nation’s fastest growing men’s clothiers, has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Coordinator to join our Store Development team and assist in our rapid growth. The Construction Coordinator will assist our traveling project managers in fielding questions regarding project status and review general contractor contracts, invoices and change orders for compliance with company and industry standards. This person will set-up all utilities for new stores projects, receive bids for vendor services and develop purchase orders for management approval. The ideal candidate will also prepare a monthly capital report, maintain inventories of owner supplied construction items and schedule deliveries of same. The selected individual should have the ability to read and understand leases, AIA contracts and make impartial decisions that are in the best interest of the company. The qualified candidate should also have good PC skills including Excel and Word. Good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
