Sweetwater Construction Corp. is a mid-sized ($80-100mm) General Contracting/Construction Management firm building for corporations and institutions in New Jersey.  Our office is located in Cranbury, NJ.

We are seeking an Estimator for lump-sum GC bids, budgets, and negotiated work, in commercial construction.  Union, non-union and prevailing wage.

The top candidates will have at least 5 years experience that includes an ability to perform takeoffs, conceptual estimates and progressively complex assignments. Will obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.  He or she will have knowledge of estimating interior renovations, new buildings, and adaptive re-use. Team player attitude and client interaction skills are necessary to excel.
