OrchidCFS Inc., is a full service commercial construction
company with considerable experience in tenant 
improvement projects in a variety industries; office, retail, banking,
restaurant and commercial facilities.  

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced estimators to work in our Orange, CA
office.

The successful candidates must have minimum of 5 years
estimating experience within the construction industry, a solid knowledge of
remodeling / tenant improvement, exceptional math and computer skills.   We are looking for goal oriented individuals, with outstanding interpersonal skills as well as strong written, verbal and
presentation skills.

Candidates must be able to interact effectively with
clients, potential clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

§ 
Have the ability to provide take offs from blue
prints, cad drawings and customer specifications

§ 
Must have strong knowledge of all trades;
electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, etc.

§ 
Prepare completed final proposal for clients

§ 
Make presentations as needed

§ 
Participate in sales and project meetings

§  Perform
job walk through and site visits
