Qualifications:

Qualifications include a high school diploma with an associates degree in engineering preferred.  Two or more years experience in PennDOT construction inspection of highway or bridges preferred.  Must have NICET Transportation; Highway Construction Level I or higher; ACI Concrete Field Testing Certification; and NECEPT Bituminous Pavement Field Technician certification desirable.
