Construction Junior Estimator (Staten Island)

Salary Range: $45K-$75K

This is an outstanding with opportunity with a well established mid-size construction organization.  This company works on both civil/heavy projects like roads, paving, sitework, excavation, and also building construction.  Their need is for an Estimator with at least five years of construction experience.  This individual should be able to prepare estimates long hand without the use of estimating software, and should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.  Also must be familiar with both union and non union pricing.  College Degree and field experience are preferred but not required.
