Construction Manager Positions

We will have positions available in 2010 for both Carriers and Vendors! There will be a number of major build outs next year for UMTS & LTE technologies.

Highlights from the job Description

1. Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the construction process with an emphasis on Architect and Engineer related activities.

2. Review Construction Drawings.

3. Prepare BOM's and SOW's.

4. Cooperate and interface with other personnel to insure timely completion of the project.

5. Conduct pre-construction site walks with bidders.

6. Develop and maintain good working relationships with landowners

and building management employees.

7. Monitor General Contractor activities on designated sites.

8. Coordinate overall scheduling of tasks to be completed by  contractors.

9. Review and comply with Company's construction standards.

10. Assist with the coordination of vendors.

11. Provide written weekly status updates on all tasks assigned in the Company's prescribed Format.
