We are seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent for our Federal Construction group for work at various locations in North Dakota.  We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast paced, busy environment and likes a challenge.

Responsibilities will include:

• Directing and coordinating activities relating to the projects
  
• Supervising and supporting site staff in the day-to-day project management
  
• Supervising and controlling the work and progress of sub-contractors
  
• Responsible for proposal and estimate preparation
  
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets, direct costs and schedules
  
• Primary client contact on projects
  
• Preparing project progress and financial reports
