This is a well established commercial general contractor. that is looking to add a strong experienced Project Manager/Estimator to their team.  This organization specializes in very large commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and educational projects.  This organization is looking for an outstanding qualified project manager with strong estimatring experience and experience on complex projects in the commercial field to join their successful team.  Requirements include: college degree in a construction related field, a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience on commercial projects, knowledge of estimating software, field experience, and must be local.
