Our client, a Mid-Michigan construction management/general contractor, is in need of a senior project manager.  This client handles midsize projects in the 5 to 45 million dollar range, both commercial and industrial.  Their client base in nationwide.  Significant amount of projects are design and build.  They used the following phases to describe requirements of the position; 10 years or more experience, 4 year degree in construction management or engineering, conceptual estimating and budgeting, development of CPM project schedules, excellent oral and written communications skills, experience leading project teams, and LEED A/P desired.  This is an opportunity to join a well managed firm, which has adjusted to the changing market.  The position itself will be assigned to handle a major client.  Please reply with a copy of your resume and project list.
