PROJECT MANAGERS, SUPERINTENDENTS & ESTIMATORS
Leading NYC Construction Management firm is seeking Full Time Construction Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers (Administrative), Superintendents, and Estimators with Commercial interior construction management experience. Minimum 5 years experience required preferably in high end retail renovation/build-outs.

Duties
Project Manager:
* Improve operations by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; identifying short-term and long-range issues; identifying and evaluating options; preparing and completing action plans; identifying and implementing new technology and resources; redesigning systems
* Complete production plan by scheduling requirements and resources; monitoring progress, adjusting requirements and resources; resolving problems.
*Implement Preconstruction, Construction, Close-out Procedures
* Maintain daily logs and other on‑site record keeping (progress schedules, etc.)
* Establish on‑site organization and clear authority structure in order to achieve the goals of the client and architect.
*Conduct regular job meetings (plus unscheduled job meetings, as required) with project team members, including the client, architect, engineers, and selected subcontractors and consultants.
* Establish and enforce standards, methods, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and secure healthy work environment.
* Knowledge of construction documents, contracts, estimating and scheduling.
Must be computer literate & familiar with construction related software.
Assistant Project Manager (Administration Services)
*Provide administrative and support for the Project Manager during the entire duration of the project.
*The Administrative staff shall support the project in terms of requisitions, financial summaries, cost updates, etc.
Superintendents
*Coordinate all phases of the work from Preconstruction, Construction, to close-out
* insure that all directives are efficiently instituted and that all commitments including coordination of all activities are met
* insure that quality control standards are met or exceeded
* will maintain daily logs, reports, insure inspections are made, maintain progress photographs and track progress.
Estimating
*Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price
*Evaluate offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements.
* Provide to client and project manager a detailed breakdown of activities for each trade and a schedule of values for components of total contract amount.
