1) Pass Government Security Clearance (GSA HSPD‐12)

3) Five (5) plus years experience in PM / Superintendent Role

The CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANGER / SUPERINTENDENT will be responsible for:

• Oversee an entire project or multiple projects by providing overall management of assigned contracts and subcontracts from start to finish.

• Perform constructability reviews of plans and specifications.

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and self perform work.

• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from the bid phase through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.

• Ability to work as liaison with Government Project Managers, Inspectors as well as with Owners, Engineers, Architects, and others who are involved in the construction process to complete the project.

• Facilitate and lead meetings with Owners and Subcontractors.

• Prepare and maintain required daily construction reports and project documentation.

• Prepare accurate and cost‐saving estimates and change orders as needed.

• Process material submittals and request for information

• Ensure job‐site safety, quality control, and high level workmanship.

• Experience with Federal Contracts/Government construction is a plus, but not required.

• Proficient in M.S. Office and MS Project is required.

• Contractual agreement and scheduling experience is required.

• 5 + years experience in a Project Manager / Superintendent role in a commercial / governmental construction environment.

• BA / BS Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management degree a plus.

• OSHA Safety Training / Certification a plus.
