R&O Construction, a top General Contractor, seeks an experienced Scheduler to join our team.  You will plan, develop, and oversee scheduling activities for multiple, medium to large construction projects with emphases on federal projects.

If you meet the following minimum requirements we invite you to apply:

• 5 years CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING experience with a General Contractor. Your experience should include federal project types with the Corps of Engineers. 
  
• Knowledge of FAR for preparation, presentation, cost loading, reporting, and updating.
  
• College degree or coursework preferred. 
  
• Proficient software knowledge in Suretrak and preferred knowledge in Primavera version P6
  
• Knowledge of building process and methods, basic duration, and relationship types
  
• Proficiently read and interpret blueprints
  
• Basic understanding of all construction trades and subcontractors’ scopes of work
  
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
  
• Desire to mentor field personnel in the method and practice of scheduling
  
• Valid driver’s license 
  
• Able to travel to and physically navigate website projects as required for schedule review and updates.
  
• Moderate physical activity performing lightly strenuous daily activities including stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, talk, hear and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
