CONSTRUCTION SERVICE MANAGER / Construction Supervisor / Foreman :
Education Requirements: Two year college degree preferred
Salary: $ 35,000
General contracting firm in NY area with annual sales of between 12 - 15 Million dollars is looking for a detail oriented, self starter who has the ability to effectively communicate both in writing and orally with vendors and company staff. Clients are Fortune 100 Companies that demand prompt and courteous service whenever the need arises, including nights and weekends. Knowledge and ability to work with internet and spreadsheets a must. This position has opportunity for growth within the company.
Partial list of responsibilities include:
- Receive service call, investigate and ascertain nature of call
- Coordinate and issue estimates with vendors for all projects
- Dispatch appropriate party to handle call
- Monitor and see call through to successful completion
- coordinate invoicing and payment of service calls and small projects
