Construction Superintendent
Responsibilities and essential duties consist of oversight of all field operations on large public projects. Day to day activities include directing and supervising field work and efforts of subcontractors and suppliers, weekly foreman and safety meetings, site logistics implementation, control of all safety, schedule and quality control on site. Professional experience and qualifications include a BS degree (civil engineering preferred), 5 to 10 years applicable experience, good computer skills, organizational and communication skills.
Assistant Superintendent
Assist lead superintendent with coordination of all field operations. Day to day activities include assisting in supervision of field work and efforts of subcontractors and suppliers, daily reporting, quality control, punchlist management, submittal review, etc. Long term goal being a move into superintendent role. Professional experience and qualifications include a BS degree (civil engineering preferred), 3 to 5 years applicable experience, good computer skills, organizational and communication skills.
Project Engineer
Work with lead superintendent and assistant superintendent with coordination of field documentation, reports, submittals, requests for information, closeout, etc. Help coordinate efforts of subcontractors and suppliers on site. Professional experience and qualifications include a BS degree, 1 to 3 years applicable experience, good computer skills, organizational and communication skills.
