The Construction Lead Superintendent directs the field operations for multi-family residential mid and high-rise construction projects. They provide leadership and make decisions that contribute substantially to the on time/on budget completion of work. The Superintendent is also responsible for the scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors, supervising assistant superintendents, and ensuring the quality of work meets company standards.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the residential Multi-Family or Condo construction, knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. High-rise and wood frame experience is a plus. Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidate with a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.  On-site Superintendent experience in the Seattle region is preferred.
