An opportunity is currently available for a Consultant to participate in many internal meetings with senior leadership and business unit

management, and lead the strategic planning and operational planning process for company business units. The selected candidate will: provides detailed analyses and reporting/consolidation through the application of

extensive analytic skills; convert data into useful information using EXCEL and PowerPoint; and conducts root cause analyses, and apply a disciplined approach to data collection, measurement, and business analytics including forecasting, extrapolation, and presentation. Individual will be responsible for identifying appropriate business metrics that align with strategy, objectives, and goals; developing schedules and timelines to ensure departments are meeting corporate requirements and deliverables; and will work with multiple projects

concurrently under suspense while conveying complex information in a clear, accurate, and concise manner under routine circumstances. Individual will monitor all action plans and critical path schedules to ensure deadlines are

being met; participate in all planning, goal, and metric development meetings and discussions to ensure coordination and alignment of corporate strategies plans and goals; and provide performance management decision support and analyses to senior management as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelors degree in business, engineering, mathematics or equivalent degree and a minimum of ten years of related work experience are required. Strong strategic focus, analytical problem solving skills, statistics, EXCEL and PowerPoint skills are required. A knowledge of database systems and reporting tools; and experience in developing performance reports and alerts to various management levels throughout the organization are required. Individual must demonstrate competency and proficiency in oral and written communications, be

customer driven, and exhibit matrix management skills. A background in performance management and principles, and strong project management skills are required. Six Sigma experience a plus.
