Major Accountabilities:
Oversee various systems projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. Ensure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management as necessary. Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project. Must be familiar with the systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Regularly communicate with senior management regarding status of specific project deliverables.
Experience Required:
Extended knowledge of project management processes and techniques. Extended experience with structured methodology and project planning tools. Previous experience leading project teams. Extended knowledge of project management processes and techniques acquired through 5-7 years experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education. PMP Certification preferred.
