We work with the leaders of primarily public sector organizations to enable them to transform their cultures into lean, collaborative, team-oriented organizations focused on providing timely, exemplary customer service.


 


Who We Are Looking For


Resolution is seeking a professional who, in addition to taking consulting assignments, will assist Resolution in its growth strategy. The Consultant will work directly with clients in the implementation of Resolution’s quality management methodologies and tools that include proprietary software and training materials.  Consultants will provide hands-on implementation services including training, facilitating, strategic planning, team building and improving key outcomes and performance measures.



 


As the professional becomes familiar and confident with this work, we hope that she or he will continue on in one of two possible roles.  One possibility is to become a key player as the current Resolution leadership retires over the next several years.  An alternative possibility could involve a strategic partnership wherein the consultant could start her or his own consulting firm with a license to use Resolution program materials, videos, and software.


 


Education and Experience


·        College degree required with detailed study in one or more areas listed under content knowledge below


·        Minimum 4+ years experience in a consulting role (internal or external)


·        Minimum 4+ years experience as a full-time professional trainer of human interaction skills


 


Primary Content Knowledge Requirement
