Chicago Sales Professional Needed   

The Challenge:

Titus is offering a unique opportunity for a Sales Professional who can think outside the box! Our firm combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up with a strong foundation in the marketplace and is looking for a top-notch Sales professional to help us grow. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships with Fortune 500 to Fortune 2000 companies that result in revenue generation from professional services/consulting engagements within our practice areas. The position includes the following functions:

• Blueprinting and penetrating target organizations at various management levels within a defined market territory. A territory typically consists of 100 target companies in all industries, focused primarily on the Fortune 500.
  
• Develop, manage and execute the sales process with high levels of weekly sales activities, including lead generation, identification of opportunities, client meetings, sales presentations, issuing proposals and closing business.
  
• Pipeline management, account planning, sales strategy and development.
  
• Communicate the firm’s value proposition and capabilities through networking within the local business community and working with Titus Directors and Subject Matter Experts.
  
• Maintaining a high level of commitment to Titus’ values of honesty, teamwork, better every day, and service distinction.
  
• Liaison between the Titus engagement delivery team and the client, ensuring that client expectations are continually exceeded.

The Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of successful consultative/relationship building sales experience in a business to business environment

• Ability to build profitable, sustainable client relationships with Corporate CFOs, VPs and other key decision makers in the Chicago market

• Ability to deliver high-quality, high ROI services to Titus clients, while meeting and exceeding personal productivity objectives

•  A fearless, “driven to succeed,” personality and a high sense of integrity

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
