Our facilities in Rochester, Blossom North and Blossom South have an immediate opening for a consulting Pharmacist with a miniumum of 2 years clinical experience. We are looking for someone who is energetic, responsible and will be dedicated to customer service and our residents.

The successful candidate will provide pharmaceutical services to long-term care residents in a manner that maximizes quality and patient safety. Knowledge and ability to manage drug therapy and review patient medical charts in accordance with state and federal regulations, a must.

** Must be NYS Licensed

**Approximately 8- 10 hours per month
