Job Summary:
  • Project Coordinator for all APC Oversight Clients

  • Responsible for proactively managing day to day submissions of client data; processing and tracking consulting reports and scheduling conference calls with clients

  • Cross train as overflow and backup for Ambulatory Care Services Project Coordinator

  • Serve as first contact for client problems; Liaison between client user, client IT and consultant and/or Consulting Svcs IT for providing timely, appropriate level of assistance based on needs; escalate issues as necessary

  • Assist in preparation of PowerPoint reports of findings based on consultant's review of data and performance

  • Finalize and distribute reports to clients

  • Schedule consultant report prep time, teleconferences to present findings and required onsite visits

  • Install and train client on our web-enabled data transfer utility; maintain and reset passwords

  • Work directly with clients to test data transfer and troubleshoot IT and/or consultants

  • Update training and collateral materials; coordinate Webex meetings

  • Monitor to ensure client is submitting Outpatient claims routinely

  • Responsible for other client communications as necessary




Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • minimum 7 years of Client Service experience

  • minimum 1 year of experience working in a Consulting Services business


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years Client Service experience

  • 5 years experience working in a Consulting Services business

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proven ability to maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proven ability to take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments while maintaining a positive attitude in a team environment
