Dawn is looking for a Retail Merchandiser who will build relationships with our key retail accounts and execute timely and effective product merchandising initiatives.  This role defines merchandising and presentation solutions in order to drive sales and maximize business goals.  The Retail Merchandiser also works in partnership with the store management to ensure brand initiatives meet the established expectations.   In addition, this role is responsible for rotating shelf inventory and stocking new product, noting store inventory levels and recommending order quantities by SKU, confirming product is priced and shelved correctly and implementing displays or secondary merchandising as agreed to by the customer. 

Because the Retail Merchandiser will interface directly with retail store personnel, key account manager/associate, sales logistics, supply chain, and marketing staff, excellent communication  and relationship-building skills are key.   In addition, the person in this role should possess:
