Consumer Collections Specialist           

The Consumer Collections Specialist will assist customers to resolve disputed items while providing exceptional customer service. This role will report directly to the Collections Manager and is located in Bartlett.

Responsibilities:

• Make 150 outbound consumer collection calls
• Research Account discrepancies
• Research deductions

Requirements:  

• 1-2 years of billing experience in commercial collections
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective collection techniques, exceptional follow-up skills, and good eye for detail
• Good communication and listening skills
• Good system skills, Microsoft Office experience, Excel a must
