MAJOR DUTIES:



This position is located in the Office of Regulatory Affairs, Office of Regional Operations, Prior Notice Center, Herndon, Virginia


 



  • Plans and carries out investigational assignments
  • Reviews and evaluates data
  • Researches, analyzes, and evaluates information
  • Navigates and extracts information from all national databases
  • Remains current on field operations, industry practices and materials
  • Coordinates with other agencies to identify and/or prevent terrorists threats or health issues
  • Provides instuction and training
  • Provides responses to agencies regarding status of food products

 


 



 






KEY REQUIREMENTS:


  • You must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
  • Resume and supporting documents (See How To Apply section)
  • Selectee must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret security clearance
  • This office operates on a 24-hour, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week schedule
  • Relocation expenses are authorized - see Benefits Section
  • Position is not in the bargaining unit
