Content Author - Internal Communication



Description:
We are currently staffing for entry-to-mid level Internal Communication Content Authors for one of our clients in San Francisco. This CONTRACT position is located in the Financial District and will last up to one year. The Content Author will collaborate with the marketing team, vendors, business department managers and other communicators.



Job Responsibilities include:



- Manage the writing, editing, coordinating, and delivery of complex and sensitive communication materials

- Consult with department managers to produce communications- policies/procedures updates, advisories, press releases, speeches, training materials, etc.)

- Align communications with business goals and objectives

- Develop user friendly communication channels, sets directions for communication content and design

- Manage external and internal sites with blogs, articles, and press releases

- Publish editorial contents for internal web-site- select appropriate templates, launch work-flow, QA results, and obtain approvals in the final stage

- Completes ad hoc requests to update web pages, post documents, fix broken links, etc.

- Create web pages- new products, applications, or promotions

- Collaborate with customers to create layouts that most effectively meet their requirements

Requirements:
Qualified candidates MUST meet the following requirements:



- Bachelors Degree

- 5-10 years of related experience

- Experience in financial institutions is a plus

- Strong knowledge of Social Media

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
