Responsibilities:
This position will work within the Content Development team to develop content for Integrity’s new online courses and communications through a combination of writing original content (including dialogue) and proofreading and editing scripts and content across all media, including online and print; provide additional writing/editing support to Business Development and Marketing teams, as needed. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Research, write and edit content materials for a variety of audiences related to legal, ethical or compliance topics; materials may include course content, white papers, or marketing collateral, etc.;
· Participate in content development meetings with clients and experts to coordinate new content materials for clients;
· Manage content development and timelines with all relevant team members, both internal project teams and external clients; track development through editorial process to ensure the final product is of the highest quality and meets client specifications;
· Conduct ethics and compliance literature searches and other background research, including interviews, as appropriate for publication/document development;
· Develop and maintain style guides and other document templates;
· Provide writing and editing support for business development and marketing initiatives, using Company, industry and strategic positioning knowledge; and
· Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communication or related field, with a minimum of three years experience in a formal writing/editing environment. Sample of writing materials must be supplied with resume submission. The successful candidate will have the following:
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required; must be able to manage and work with a variety of departments and levels within the Company;
· Demonstrated ability to write in a variety of styles and on a range of topics, including experience with creating original content;
· Ability to learn about and quickly grasp a wide variety of subjects; familiarity with ethics and compliances topics and/or a background in legal services is preferred;
· Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining accuracy;
· Strong organizational and project management skills;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional applications is required;
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.

Reporting:
Will report to the Sr. Vice President, Product and Marketing and will work closely with team members, Technology, Marketing, and others throughout the Company as needed.
Location:
Waltham, Massachusetts; occasional overnight travel required.
Compensation and Benefits:
