CMPMedica has an immediate opening for a Content Editor, Integrated Media Projects in our Norwalk, CT office.  This position is primarily responsible for custom projects and reports to Director, Content & Strategy.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of and ease with clinical/medical language especially in psychiatry, primary care, oncology and radiology.


• Ease with digital mediums including webinars, podcasts, blogs, web is required.


• Consult with clients and sales team on new business opportunities and strategic direction. Serves as a brand ambassador, representing the company in client meetings.


• Creates, assigns the creation of, and edits content.


• Collaborate with brand editors


• Coordinates and produces proposals and content for clinical custom projects.


• Build close relationships with speakers, writers, and thought leaders to use as content contributors.


• Think creatively about how to meet client aims through content.


• Stay abreast of physician interests and content needs


• Foster a collaborative environment among sales, editorial, creative, and project management.

The successful candidate for this position will be a highly motivated individual who is detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and is a team player.  To qualify, you’ll need 5 years of strong experience in editing and writing clinical material. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
