The Content Manager, ecommerce will deliver best in class digital shelf execution across pure play and brick and click accounts.  The individual will support Account management team in providing accurate and enhanced information to support the ideal online shopping experience for each account.  They will also develop and enforce processes to support the eComm needs for content ongoing.


 


 


What we offer



  • Own item set up process for key eComm accounts including data collection and accuracy.

  • Assessment and then ongoing management of accurate images and quality for eComm clients. Will work with Clavis, Kwikee, Salsify (vendors) and marketing to assess and improve image input processes.

  • Collaboration with brand teams on process development for timely delivery of data especially, for new items.

  • Ongoing work to monitor and maintain product accuracy within Clavis, Salsify and Kwikee. Will work with Clavis who provides the data so that this role can spend their time on solving any issues.

  • Cross-functional counterparts\: Marketing and Supply Chain

  • Liaison with brand and shopper teams to understand offline and online marketing campaigns to determine opportunities for eComm clients.

  • Work with eComm account managers to outline timing and needs for eComm campaigns.

  • Collect digital assets and marketing copy from Brand and lead dev & adaption for eComm clients and keep current. (A+, WebCollage, Lifestyle Images, bullets, marketing copy, hero images, etc.)

  • Cross-functional counterparts\: Marketing and eComm Account Managers e. Intern and external agency briefing for asset development.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Bachelors Degree required, Masters an asset
1-3 years of business experience in related field Marketing experience a plus but not necessary.
Entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
Desire to fix difficult process-oriented issues in a way that achieves goals and builds strong relationships at the same time.
Flexible and willingness to work projects outside the job description
Ability to work independently fully owning projects
Desire to work on cross functional process improvement projects
