Document Project Manager/ Content Manager is to:
- Anticipate, identify and analyze customer information needs.
- Develop information solutions meeting customer needs.
- Plan information sets (manuals, online help, web-based, etc.) and architecture, avoiding duplication of content, ensuring technical accuracy and meet customers' custom.
- Plan, schedule, and assess the scope of documentation projects.
- Develop template, standards and style to ensure quality documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional areas including MKT, R&D and Support to ensure high quality and timely release of all documentation deliverables.
Job Requirements:
Experience in planning and implementing complex technical documentation suites. Thorough knowledge of technical writing, documentation project management.

- 2 - 6 years in information development/technical publications

- Knowledge of enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Localization processes
- Preferable experience in telecom area
