Continuous Care Coordinator

High School Graduate or equivalent. |
Two years prior work experience. One year staffing experience preferred. Typing skills, computer literate, and excellent communications and phone skills. Nursing knowledge. Able to handle multiple tasks. Organized and a team player. Bilingual preferred. |
