A national supplier of disposable medical products with over 16 consecutive years of double-digit growth, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Responsibilities will include:

• Management of standardized work procedures
• Develop and prepare training materials and programs for warehouse staff
• Assist with employee training
• Maintain and audit 5 S program.
• Implementation of Lean distribution methods and tools to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste
• Investigate, analyze and determine the root cause of errors
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are communicated and followed
• Work closely with all levels of team members

 Qualifications:

• Strong problem solving, technical writing and communication skills
• Prior experience with warehouse management and RF systems is preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs and to stand in one spot for an extended period of time

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean methodology, and training in a warehouse environment is preferred
