candidates for the following positions.

Continuous Improvement
Coordinator – coordinates process improvement activities in a metal
finishing and production environment.  Assists management in the assessment
and documentation of internal/external quality rejects. Communicates and
implements corrective action plans to both internal/external customers.  Supports employee development activities such
as technical training and lean manufacturing practices. 
Quantifies the effects of improved processes, work flows and fore
mentioned opportunities.  Key participant
of the internal audit team and coordinates the preparation for both customer
and NADCAP audits.  Excellent opportunity
for a certified Green Belt.

Anodize / Plating Technicians – knowledge of setting up processing
solutions and creating chemical solutions. Ability to sustain baths and perform
process solution testing / lab analysis (titration, pH analysis, coating
thickness, hull cell analysis, etc.). Capable of conducting electro plating and
chemical maintenance activities, including wet analysis and chemical
additions.  Ensures adherence to racking and tank procedures, maintenance
schedules: process solution changes, lab analysis, etc.  Ability to complete plating tasks related to Chem
Film, Chrome, Copper, Nickel, Silver and Gold Plating.

Nickel (Both Mid & High Phos.), Copper, Nickel, Dry Film Lubricant, Paint,
Zinc Phosphate, Silver, to Passivate.  As a registered FAA repair station,
